Construction Oversight
We provide daily oversight throughout construction to protect the owner's interests and maintain accountability across safety, quality, cost, and schedule. Our team coordinates meetings, monitors progress, manages risk, reviews change orders, and delivers transparent reporting to stakeholders.
Commissioning & Turnover
We coordinate commissioning and startup activities to ensure systems are installed, tested, and operating as intended. Our process includes functional testing, deficiency tracking, operational readiness reviews, training coordination, and turnover management.
Project Closeout
Our closeout process ensures that all contractual, financial, operational, and documentation requirements are completed successfully. We coordinate punch list resolution, final reconciliations, warranty activation, record documentation, and lessons learned reporting.
